First Saturday Traditional Milongas
The Golden Age
The DJs promise mainly golden age (1930's to 1950) music in
Tandas. Tangos with stirring rhythm
and the acid edge
the dancers love, from some of the big name bands, and some lesser
known such as Orquesta Tipica Victor and Edgardo
Donato. There will be songs by incomparable singers, to put thoughts of
love into words, valses to make the romantics
swoon, and milongas to drive away the cold once the aircon is
running!
Newcomers to tango will find the music easy to dance to.
Beginners - book on a Thursday night and take advantage of
the discount price of $5
20:30-21:40 - Milonga organised in

21:40-22:00 - Buffet break (incl.) with music ongoing for dancing -
BYO alcohol - there is no bar.
