With a warm social atmosphere, ambient lighting, a flowing and spacious wooden dance-floor, a subtle but effective decor, and inviting music. It is the night of the tango embrace; the melody and the poetry; the perfect way to break up your week!!

The Perth Tango Club DJs select the best of their music and present it for you in tandas with cortinas. Music features the orchestras from the Golden Age of tango through to a taste of contemporary, alternative tango music to please the Nuevo dancer.

Every second Wednesday, the theme of the El Farolito milonga is one of elegance.

El Farolito  The Streetlamp aims to provide a personalised, hosted and romantic themed social event. Often rare musical treasures are in the mix and the DJ's selections will guide your dancing feet through the traditional to the modern post 1950's tango.
