A testimonial from Zaman a former member of the Perth Tango Club - now working over east.

Hi Bruce

Well Fab and Ana are amazing tango dancers and we're lucky to have a couple who are such exquisite dancers and who are also very knowledgeable about their craft. They were so inspiring when I first saw them in Perth back in late 2005 when I first ventured into tango with my tango partner, Vanessa. I had never danced before, so it was initially very daunting for me, but they broke down the techniques well enough for me to understand what was required - even though I could not successfully perform the move there and then, I was able to take it home and practise.

Fab and Ana are full of life and always more than willing to impart their knowledge of tango to anyone who wants to learn and become a better Tangueros/Tangueras, but, they never forget to make it an enjoyable experience and make it fun. I guess the these traits are what make them so good at their craft, this culminated in them coming 7th in the 2009 World Tango Competition, held in Buenos Aires. That just shows how well they know their craft and their skill. I fully recommend not passing up the opportunity to learn from them and to get an insight into tango and to have the opportunity to watch them perform live in front of you. It is without doubt an inspiring moment to watch them dancing together.

Send my wishes and hope all is well over there.

Zaman
